At Relish Pickle, we take pride in offering fresh, high-quality products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you can return items or request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Return Request Period

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used products. Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are also non-returnable.

4. Return Process

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent), we will bear the return shipping costs. For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.
